What photos do I need?
Send bright, sharp photographs that show the actual property. Original files are best: include the main living space, bedrooms, outdoor areas and details that make the stay distinctive. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and watermarks.
How many photos should I send?
Send a selection that clearly shows each property. We review the images and confirm the number needed for each film before production.
Can you create vertical videos for Instagram?
Tell us where you plan to publish. We will agree the aspect ratio and any additional versions in your project brief.
Where can I use my video?
Your ReelState video can be prepared for your website, social media, paid advertising and property marketing. We agree formats and usage rights for your channels. Direct uploads to property marketplaces depend on the platform and your account.
How long does delivery take?
Your video is delivered in 24–48 hours from receipt of your photos and agreed brief. You see your video before you pay.
Can you add my logo and music?
Tell us about your logo, music preferences and intended uses, including paid advertising. Branding, music and usage rights are confirmed in the project brief.
Can you work with multiple properties?
Yes. Choose 15, 25 or 40 seconds and the number of videos you need. Our matrix shows total order prices for one to five videos. Six or more are quoted individually.
Can I request changes?
Every listed price includes one round of revisions. Send your feedback together so we can refine the film. A new brief or replacement photographs may need a revised quote.
Will the video accurately represent my property?
We use your photography as the reference. Generated movement can introduce visual differences, so review the final video carefully before publishing. We do not intentionally add amenities or make claims that your property cannot support.
