Pablo Matute Conejero and Pau Otón González jointly determine how request data is handled under the name ReelState Studio. You may contact either owner to exercise your rights, using the shared contact below.

Purpose and legal basis
We use your name, email, property details and photographs to manage your request, contact you and create the video you request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and performing the requested service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Required fields and photos are needed to process the request. We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising.
Storage and service providers
We use Tally to receive requests and photographs, and Gmail (Google) for correspondence. Our website does not receive or store uploaded files. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam.
We retain photographs only as long as needed for your request. We aim to delete them within 30 days, including any working copies. Deletion in Tally is managed manually, including emptying the trash; it is not automatic.
Tally processes form data under its service terms and privacy information. Details of processing and any international transfers depend on the providers and configuration used.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object where applicable, by contacting the shared email address. There are no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
